Tin Hat Presentation

A presentation of $202 was made to the I.H.C. representative Norm Davies at the May meeting of the Tin Hat Club. This amount was the sum raised by the club at their Anzac night concert in aid of the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Hostel fund.

Retiring president is Gordan Harris who has been in office since the club was formed in 1964.

Sgt Denis Moloney was guest speaker for the evening.

New artists on the entertainment scene were guest performers Willie Tamatea jnr, Willie Tamatea snr, Fred Pitcher and Bob Zame who provided piano-accordion music.
