Kindy News

Although the free kindergarten in Rutene Road is doing a great job with pre-school children there is not enough room to take all those children whose parents would wish them to attend.

However plans are in hand for negotiations for the establishment of another kindergarten in the city, with both of them then coming under the direction and finance of the Education Board. This is hoped to be established in the near future.

Meanwhile an anonymous gift of a strong climbing net was made recently to the kinder-garten and some of the happy youngsters are seen taking full advantage of it.
