Radio Surf Contest

Over the holiday period, Radio 1ZD, Tauranga, organised an open surf riding contest at Mount Maunganui. Entrants, naturally, came from far afield to compete for the handsome trophy and this went, not unsurprisingly to Alan Byrne, who was on holiday from Gisborne
