From Mr E. Barber, Walnui Road, comes this old pic of the Kaiti-City Football Club taken in 1908. It was round when an old boiler cupboard was dismantled. The team were winners of the senior, junior and third grade championships, and included such players as J. Grant, R. Mullaney, P. Moore, B. J. Bright, O. Hansen, P. Hickey, E. Luttrell, and W. Fitzgerald.

From Mr W. Niven, 327 Ormond Road, comes this old photo taken at Tokomaru Bay in 1920 at the Shipping Company's Store. The wool had been brought out from Hiriroa station by oxen to be held in storage ready for shipping.
