Brigade's Annual Inspection

The annual inspection of the St. John Ambulance Brigade took place recently at the Ambulance Rooms where the Priory Chancellor for New Zealand, Mr Kirkpatrick, inspected the unit. After the inspection three certificates were presented to their recipients by the District Commissioner, Mr H. E. Taylor.

With Mr Taylor are those who received the certificates and they are: Miss Y. J. Sinclair (appointed District Superintendent for Hawkes Bay and the East Coast), Mr Bill Sefton (appointed Superintendent of Cadets) and Mr John Stothers (appointed Cadet Officer).

Three brigade members from Te Karaka who were present are Brian Sullivan, Ian McGonigal and Jerry Tui.
