Run for Your Life

Alan Parkinson (left) doesn't look too concerned though as he finishes 19 seconds ahead to take the senior race and his thirteenth harrier title at the Poverty Bay - Hawkes Bay Harrier Championships.

Held at Hexton under good conditions, the championships attracted a large number of local and outside runners.
