Warren is now working for a Palmerston North firm of accountants and will become a partner at the end of the year.

Gathered in Gisborne recently at the residence of Mrs J. McIvor, 381 Clifford Street, were five generations of the one family.

A recent graduate of Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University is Warren Pickett, son of Mr and Mrs Ray Pickett, Bunnythorpe, and formerly of Tolaga Bay.

An unusual find of a mass of four leafed clover was made in Awapuni Road recently by the children of Derek and Marion McCartney, Wheatstone Road.

Avon Poulsen, 301 Aberdeen Road, was very successful at the recent competitions festival in Rotorua. Besides winning the H. H. Perkins Shield for open ballet and the Rotorua ballet cup, Avon also won the scholarship for tap dancing.
