Slot Car Endurance Trial
Slot car racing is attracting a good deal of interest in Gisborne these days, and the Gisborne Club's endurance trial held recently was most successful.
Four teams of three each competed for a six-hour stretch, each member of the team driving for a total of two hours.
The winning team, Atlas, with 2458 laps, won narrowly from Marble, who totalled 2454 laps.
