Historic Poverty Bay NO. 3
Resembling somewhat the outline of a castle on the continent, the New Zealand Breweries factory in Aberdeen Road is due to stop brewing on the 31st of this month.
In operation since 1881, the brewery has served Poverty Bay and the Coast for 85 years.
Tentative plans are to use the building as a storage plant, after some alterations.
