New Elgin Playcentre

Working hard on weekends and in their spare time members of the Elgin Playcentre have converted an old house in Lytton Road into an attractive new centre for that area. Taking out interior walls, painting and renovating, and the addition of kitchen and toilet facilities, have produced a worthy new centre.
