Glamorous Aucklander "Miss New Zealand 1965", Miss Gay Phelps, makes a very attractive picture in the beautiful red ball gown which was part of her summer overseas wardrobe for the "Miss Universe" contest at Miami Beach. Miss Phelps was in Gisborne recently for a fashion parade at Adair Bros Ltd.
