The president of the Gisborne Old Folks Association, Mr A. J. Curtis, and Mrs Curtis, celebrated their golden wedding recently, when their family was reunited for the first time in 40 years. All five sons and four daughters were present, and from left to right, with Mr and Mrs Curtis in front, are: Ashmore (Upper Hutt), Leslie (Bay View), Douglas (Gisborne), Colleen Faulkner (Gisborne), George (Cambridge), Gertrude Ramsay (Napier), Muriel Downs (Stratford), Jack (Waimana), Alice Tunnicliffe (Tauranga).
