King Neptune Visits Tahuna

Leaving his fishy kingdom to look after itself for a morning, King Neptune, arrayed in his finest seaweed and hairpiece, came ashore at Tahunanui Beach to preside over the annual children's day at beach. After dishing out sweets to the thousands of children, he watched them compete in running races and in sandcastle building, before returning to his damp kingdom.
