Dressing up at Motueka

When you're young there's nothing quite like dressing up - like the mums and dads or characters out of books. Children of the Motueka South School had a fancy dress party and concert recently and it was there these pix were taken.

All sorts of characters in this one. At back are Peter McCalloch, Peter Jensen, Andrew Jackett and Ian Baker.

Shane Stephens obviously likes soft drinks.

Adrian Cockburn and John Trewavas look a couple of tough hombres, but they haven't the devil of Luke Classen (centre).

Here's a mixed bag—a couple of piratical types, Alistair Gibson and Andrew Leslie, and happy hippy Lloyd Gibbs.

Some of the gals: Marilyn Troy, a space-age Lynne Hulme, Jeanette Cooke and one of the boys, Brian Compton.
