Fruitgrowers Have a Ball

With their trees sprouting nicely and no hint of any hail storms and bad frosts, fruitgrowers throughout the district were able to relax and enjoy an evening together at the Redwood Hall, Richmond, at their own ball.

Bill Benzies and his daughter, Isabel Cunniffe, certainly appear to be enjoying themselves.

Among those present were Beryl Saterley and Dot Sladen, having a chat between dances.

Susan Wood made an attractive picture as she viewed the proceedings.
