Earth upheavals at New Creek

These dramatic pictures taken for us show the extent of the upheavals of the May earthquakes. At top, Ken Mathie stands upon what was once a flat paddock. The dotted line shows the height of the land before the earthquake. Ken estimates that the land rose in one giant upheaval, at least 14ft.
