Indoor bowling tournaments

Nelson's indoor bowlers (and there are many of them) have been kept busy with a spate of tournaments in recent weeks. Two we attended were the annual Town v Country fixture at Ngawhatu and the Rothman's elimination matches earlier this month.

Above is a view of the Ngawhatu Hall during the playing of the Town-Country fixture (at the end of the day Town led narrowly 369-363).

A close call and an official measure is taken.
