Our Cover
The "Golden" season has left us for another year, but it will be remembered, like so many others, by those who captured some of the beautiful autumn tints on film. We chanced upon this picture, by the Moller Fountain, towards the end of the warmer autumn weather.

Autumn, and a hint of winter, predominate in our back cover picture, taken near Korere, which features a scene of pastoral plenty backed by snow-sprinkled mountains, highlighted by the brilliance of poplars in all their autumn glory.
