New Home for Aged at Richmond

Accommodation for 40 elderly people is provided in the new Alexandra Home in Richmond, which was opened by the Minister of Health (Mr McKay), earlier this month. The home is set in 30 acres of land which is ample for any future expansion of the home or for a hospital. Cost of the new home was $240,000.
