Dance 'n' Skate

Not content with getting the housewives on roller skates, the energetic committee of the Nelson Roller Skating Club decided to get the youngsters interested in the club's activities by running a dance-or-skate night. The young ones turned up in great numbers and most passed up the dance floor for a time to have a go on skates. Tricky, skates. But lotsa fun as the young ones found out. A great idea that paid off.
