During January, the Department of university extension, Victoria University, Wellington, held an advanced course on petrology and minerology. Minerologists from all parts of New Zealand, including Nelson, attended the course. These pix, taken by Miss J. C. A great big hole, through the laundry at Nelson Hospital is making life in the laundry a little harder than usual, but staff are very cheerful about it all. Why? Because soon the hospital laundry will have all the latest laundry facilities installed in the new building.
