Everything bar the Kitchen sink doesn't apply in the case of Seddon Marshall. He's got the kitchen sink (quite a variety, in fact), and he's got on display, or information on, everything that's used in the construction of today's modern home or business. Seddon operates the Nelson Building Materials Information Centre, above Wests, the chemists, in Hardy Street, and he gives a free service to the public. If it's advice on building, including house plans and species, he's the bloke to see.
