Shooting Season Opens With A Bang

The duck shooting season in the Nelson province got away to a good start earlier this month. Conditions may not have suited all licence holders, but there could not have been many who went home with their bag empty. Around Best's Island there was one. limit bag of seven before 9.30 a.m. and there were several with four and five. All the pictures here, barring the two below, were shot at Best's Island.
