Life Saving Awards

Nelson College for Girls A won the Rosebowl when the Nelson branch of the Royal Life Saving Society held its annual contest recently. The Nelson Girls' College B team was second and Sacred Heart Convent A was third. The Wigram Shield, awarded to the centre which wins most awards over two years, will be held by the college for a period.
