Four Hundred Feet Straight Down
In the picture above, the camera is looking straight down for 400 feet, from the top of the big chimney being built at the oil-fired power station near Marsden Point, Whangarei. This must he easily the greatest vertical drop in the country. It looks down on matchbox-like buildings which are themselves of massive construction.
