Grannies Golf At Greenacres

Golfing grannies from all parts of the Nelson province converged on Greenacres for their annual grans' tournament. For the first time the very big field had a full 18-hole course to play and for some of the grans the pace was beginning to tell a little towards the end. This tournament seems to go from success to success, possibly because of the way it is organised and probably because of the tremendous amount of voluntary work put in by a solid group of younger golfers.
