A new fishing trawler built by Guard Sea Services in Nelson which will see service in Wellington. The trawler is 48ft long with a 15ft beam. It is seen here shortly after launching.

A visitor to Nelson from Melbourne recently was this yacht, Hihifo.

Quite a contrast is this one-man canoe and the naval fisheries protection launch Manga, which paid a quick visit to Nelson early last month.
