George Millar, senior engineer with the New Zealand Electricity Department in Nelson, has been appointed assistant engineer to the Mid-Canterbury Power Board, and with his wife, Pat, children Heather, Barbara, Jocelyn, and Gail, and father-in-law Tom Murphy, has shifted house to Ashburton. Tom Murphy has lived in Nelson for the last 30 years.

Promotion to the managership of W. D. and H. O. Wills in Otago is taking Bill Selwood, his wife Pat and children Lynda, Lawrence, Francine, and Julie to Dunedin. Bill has been the company's representative in Nelson for the last two and a half years.

All Black Ron Horsley, his wife Bernice and children Craig, Jillian, Michael and Susan, arrived in Nelson recently from Palm-erston North. Ron has joined the firm of T. and W. Young Ltd.
