Our Cover

At the "Miss Tahunanui" and "Miss Teenager" contests held by the surf club, "Photo News" and the Geoffrey C. Wood Studio sponsored separate prizes for the girl, or girls, of their choice. We chose the two girls we have featured on our front cover, Carol Price, of Nelson, in the red swimsuit, and Margaret Hill, of Queensland, Australia. Both were unsuccessful in the "Miss Teenager" contest.

It seems scareciy necessary to explain our back cover - Tahuna Beach in the sunshine.
