Fell House Opened

×

The new £100,000 Fell House, the latest acquisition of Nelson College, was opened late last month by the noted heart specialist and college old boy, Sir Charles Ritchie Burns. The new boarding house has been fully occupied since the opening of the new term. In this issue we finish a series of pictures we have printed in several issues of "Photo News" tracing the building and occupation of the house. This pic, taken from the hill behind the building, shows what a beautiful view it commands. The lights at top right are from Trafalgar Street. At right, the housemaster, Mr N. L. Banks, at the front doors of his new charge.
