Nelson's new Crown Prosecutor, Mr Des Boyle. Mr Boyle, who was educated at St Bede's College, Christchurch, has been in practice in Nelson since 1959 as a partner in the firm of Ralfe, Ralfe and Boyle.

Due for demolition shortly, this old house in Song-ger Street, Stoke, has been the object of attention from vandals. As can be seen, practically every window in the front of the house has been smashed.
