A Hole in the Road

Busy Trafalgar Street has provided quite a few Nelsonians with a little diversion as they go about their appointed tasks. The diversion? A whopping great hole dug by the council outside Hursts. But unlike the holes recalled by comedians Flanagan and Allen, this one is unlikely to be dug up and sold. The council, upon completing it, will stock it full of equipment and use it as a power sub-station.
