Throughout the Christian world the feast of the birth of Christ will be celebrated this month, and the nativity tableau depicted here will be a commonplace sight in churches and homes. This lovely tableau is the work of Father J. Prendergast, who has since left Nelson, and will be displayed in St. Mary's Church, Manuka Street.
