Automobile Association members have gained another amenity in Nelson with the formation of a new car park behind the Nelson offices. This was opened officially last month, and will hold an estimated 70 cars.

Twelve residents of Whareama Home, Stoke, celebrated their birthdays within the last six months. When we added together their ages, we found they came to the astounding figure of 1030 years.
