Suki Yaki Party
Japanese food cooked by Japanese women, now the wives of Kelson men, was served to, and eaten in traditional fashion, by K-Force Association members and their wives at a suki yaki party held in Nelson last month. A certain amount of imported Japanese materials were used for the dish, which was eaten in traditional manner, with chopsticks.
