Two men with records of long service with the Nelson-Marlborough-West Coast Regiment were made presentations of pewter mugs upon their retirement recently. They were Sergeant G. McIntosh, Blenheim, who had the distinction of being the regiment's oldest member, and W/0 M. H. Alborough, who has retired after 35 years' service. The presentations were made at a regimental dinner in Nelson.
