Boat Club Race

If the Monaco Boat Club employed stipendiary stewards, without a doubt practically all who entered the club's race recently would have been swabbed. After tearing round the course three times (not including the handicap run) the controllers refused to name a winner - practically all boats exceeding the handicap tolerance. And so, it has to be run again. Yer can't win!
