The Nelson Photo News

Roving Camera

Clarrie Lummis had his hay shed insured, but he still had no grounds to feel happy when the $1700 building was gutted by fire recently. (John R. Sharp).

Another view of Nelson, featuring the baronial-styled Warwich House (left). The original section of this castle-like home was built for Alfred Fell in the 1850's and battlements and tower were later added in the '70's by Nathaniel Edwards. The house, which at one time boasted a ballroom, is now flats.
