Bryce Nalrn Goes Solo . One of Nelson's most experienced commercial pilots, Bryce Nairn, has formed Nairn Aviation Ltd. Bryce was with the Nelson Aero Club for six -and-a-half years and has had 15 years' professional flying. Initially he will be instructing and working on such jobs as supply drops, power line surveying, etc., but hopes to expand to a passenger service. He is operating three Cessnas — two 172s and a 150. Bryce is familiar with flying on the West Coast and was the only pilot allowed to operate commercially to strips such as Mokihinui and the Heaphy. His five and-a-half thousand hours' flying time is now at your disposal
