Launched recently was the 35ft fishing boat "Starlight,"owned by Graham Roach The $20,000 boat is powered by a 110 hp,motor and is capable of about 10 knots. Graham intends shellfishing with "Starlight," which was built by Guards Sea Services. Her launching was not incident free. As the motor was put into reverse she shot forward and bumped against the trailer, which was still in the water. However, 8 temporary repairs were carried out and the "Starlight" was christened
