Kevin Beach who retired as group leader with Iron Duke Sea Scouts and his wife, Lorraine, were presented with a gift by Merv Stewart, a former group leader, at a function recently. Kevin is to become the head Sea Scout in the Nelson-­Marlborough West Coast region
