St John Cadets' Camp

Twenty-one ambulance cadets, of the Nelson-Marlborough district of St John Ambulance, spent four days at a camp in the Wairoa River Valley, recently. Training in bushcraft, natural history, camping and allied subjects was concluded with an examination for a camping badge. (Photographs: K. A. Watts and K. B. Parker).
