Marching Girls Step Out
A highlight of the Nelson Marching Centre championships was the appearance of the Wellington and New Zealand senior champion team, Lochiel, who won the open event and later gave an exhibition. Legionnaires of Waimea won the senior title and Glengyle was runner-up, Glengyle teams won the junior and midget championships.
