S.P.C.A. Poster Display at Mapua

There is an active section of the S.P.C.A. Junior League at Mapua. Although the section was only started after the May holidays, already the members are taking a keen part in the activities of the movement and their latest venture has been the painting of posters, which will be on display at the street day collection.

The Nelson SPCA inspector, Mr H. C. Rose, had a few animals in his van and the children were very enthusiastic about this white mouse on his hand

New members of the section were Deidre Webb, Gay Thawley, Anna Judge, Martin Judge, Bevan Aspray and Michelle Goodman. At the rear are Mr Rose and the organiser of the section, Mr Auburn Hill
