Iron Duke Jubilee

The Iron Duke Sea Scouts will celebrate their 50th anniversary in Nelson during Labour Weekend. About 2000 people have been through the troop and the organising committee for the celebrations hope that many will attend the event. One of the more famous members of the Iron Duke Scouts is Rear Admiral J. O'CRoss, C. B., C.B.E., retired.

From left: Peter Barnett, CIeve Carpenter, Stephen Rodgers, Ian Buick, Rodger Simpson, Terry Delaney and Kevin Beach. Inspecting the oven is Raynor Busch
