Out Amoung The Wild

On May 1 many shooters enjoyed their best opening of the duck season for several years. However, because of a high tide later in the day, most hunters stayed in their maimais from dawn to dusk and we found only a few who returned to dry land for a bite before resuming their shooting.

This trio bagged a few: Kevin Roughton, Dave MacMorland and Roger Gatward (and Prince) who returned to Sowman's bach for a bite.
