Tasman Plunket Mothers Come of Age

Members of the Tasman Plunket Mothers' Club had a night out recently to celebrate the club's 21st birthday. Members presented a number of sketches, finishing the evening with a grand supper. One of the most interesting items given was a "parade of apples", with members dressed to represent the varieties of apples grown in the district. Present as guests of honour were several foundation members and early officers of the club.
