Beaten But Still in

The Nelson under-18 girls' basketball team was well beaten by Hutt Valley in the three-way zone final for the national final, but with only four zones entering the national finals, the two top zones have been made eligible to compete. Nelson won that right by beating Canterbury in the zone final at Nelson. These pix were taken during the game with Hutt Valley.
