We Got the Bird

Birds of every shape, hue and size filled the halls and sheds of the Richmond showgrounds recently, and we got a pretty good representation of the lot-from pigeons to ducks. The occasion was the Nelson Poultry, Pigeon and Cake Bird Association's show. And a jolly good one it was! One of the more unusual birds in it was this silky bantam, a ball of soft silky feathers (Above).
