Public Speaking Plunket Mothers

Mrs Ann Keeper, representing the Nelson Central Plunket Mothers' Club, will represent the Nelson area at the finals of the South Island Plunket mothers' public speaking contest in Dunedin. At the area finals in Nelson recently, Mrs Keeper (far right Above), Rita Chisnall (left), Nelson South, and Margaret Hackston (Stoke) spoke on the subject: "Health is a community affair". The contest coincided with the 16th birthday party of the Nelson club.
